Full Service Management Agreements
We offer very untraditional full service management agreements, assuming 360 degree responsibility for directing and growing all aspects of the property operationally.  We charge extraordinarily reasonable monthly fixed fees, offer 12 month contracts, with 90 day exit clauses for all clients.  No lengthy contracts, no legalese, no small print, no ridiculous extra fees or one-sided incentives or bonuses for the management company - a fee simple system that is equitable and offers an exceptional degree of flexibility for the client property.  We manage hotels, resorts, food and beverage facilities, attractions and casinos. 

Turnkey Internet Marketing
Even small, individual properties can afford sophisticated Internet marketing strategies today.  Every property today should employ an effective website, search engine optimization, pay-per-click campaigns and social media plans.  Active day-to-day management of these critical functions is paramount to success.  Prima Hospitality has extensive experience in successfully marketing hotel, resort, casino and attraction properties through online marketing.  Internet marketing is the most cost effective manner by which to sell your products. Prima Hospitality specializes in training every single person in an organization to maximize the sales potential of the property.  Typically hotel front desk agents and reservation agents, each responsible for selling thousands or even millions of dollars of hotel stays annually, receive little or no sales training or career development.  The same can be said of the same functional positions in restaurants, bars, casinos and attractions.  Turnover of these critical positions can be rampant.
